Is the house rented as a whole or by individual rooms?
The houses are rented as a whole.
Are parties allowed?
Parties and events are not allowed.
Quiet hours: from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
How many guests can stay?
Cal Masovers: up to 7 guests
Ca l’Eixerit: up to 12 guests
Cal Magí del Pi: up to 14 guests
How many people can stay if I book all 3 houses?
A total of 33 guests.
Are the 3 houses close to each other?
Yes, they are right next to each other.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. There is an additional cost of €10/night/pet.
Does the house have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the houses have Wi-Fi. However, as they are located in a rural setting, the quality and stability of the connection may vary, so we cannot guarantee that it will work at all times.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, basic bed linen, towels and blankets are provided.
Is the swimming pool private?
The swimming pool is shared by the 3 rural houses.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is completely free.
Do you provide high chairs, cots or a children's area?
Yes, we provide high chairs and cots upon request.
Is a deposit required?
To confirm the booking, a security deposit will be required.
The deposit will be fully refunded within 48 to 72 hours after the end of the stay, once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation up to 31 days before the arrival date: full refund of the security deposit.
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: the security deposit is non-refundable.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the general minimum stay is 2 nights. In July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights. For long weekends and/or special holidays, the minimum stay may vary according to the availability calendar.
Where are the houses located?
They are located next to Nulles, a village in the Alt Camp region of Tarragona.
